Data Reporting Analyst

We are looking for Excel enthusiasts who would like to join the Data Reporting team! 🙂 

What will be your main tasks?

• Ensuring complete satisfaction of our clients and ensuring the accuracy of data.
• Willingness to develop new reports and improve internal client management of KPI indicators.
• Preparation of supporting documentation (overviews regarding vehicle fleets) for colleagues from the sales department.
• Responsibility for complete reporting of activities for the headquarters.
• Responsibility for the preparation of customer reports (overviews regarding vehicle fleets, ad hoc reports) and consulting them with colleagues from the sales department.
• Preparation of indicators for the sales department.
• Preparation of indicators for the services provided.
• Responsibility for the preparation of supplier and operational overviews and discussion about them with the Operations Director / Procurement Director.
• Be an active member of a team focused on improving existing processes and being the owner of processes (key user):Each team member proposes their own process improvements and is responsible for its implementation.

Contract: via agency (contract till the end of the year 2025)
